Abstract

|
Objectives and Methods: The objective of this study is to evaluate the relation to digital clubbing, knee pain, fever, weight loss and lung tumor by case study.
Result: Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy is a syndrome that manifests itself by clubbing of fingers and toes, periosteal and osteal neoformation in acral bones and poly hyperplastic synovitis. It may occur as primary form or secondary form, associated with various diseases, especially neoplastic or infectious diseases.
Conclusions: Early and accurate diagnosis of hypertropic osteoarthropathy is important for it may point to the priamry disease, espacelly cancerous disease.
